Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control (weather, customs, strikes, etc.).

  • Velouris Skin is not responsible or liable for delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, theft, customs issues, or damages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Title and risk of loss transfer to you at the time we deliver the package to the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We cannot make changes once the order has shipped.

  • Velouris Skin is not liable for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Velouris Skin is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

  • We do not replace or refund orders that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.


International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Velouris Skin is not responsible for customs delays or refusal of entry by local authorities.


Tracking Issues

  • If tracking shows your package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Velouris Skin does not reimburse or replace orders marked as delivered.
